It's an Oberheim SEM repurposed by 360 systems with a pitch->voltage and envelope follower to be a guitar synthesizer.

i have a nearly perfect one used twice in the studio that I got from Bob easton himself (the inventor and head of 360 when he shared his shop with Roger Linn.i have the manual and many preset charts all in OUTSTANDING condition really as new the pickip as well
